Observations
■ Payment via Paypal■ For complex characters, a fee of 20% of the respective base price will be included.■ If the character have no design, a fee will be included for the creation of the design, the price can vary depending on complexity.■ If a Complex BG is requested, a quote will be elaborated according to the complexity of the background and the style of commission.■ I don't do: Furry, Mecha, Gore, NSFW)■ I do: OCs and Fanarts, Humanoid Species(Goblin, Kemonomimis, etc...)

Terms of Service
By proceeding with the commission, the commissioner agree with the terms bellow. Please read this carefully before order.GENERAL
■ The artist reserves the rights to refuse a commission for any reason.USAGE AND CREDITS
■ The artist retain all the rights of the commissioned artwork.
■ If not agreed upon, the commissioned artwork is for personal use only. The commissioner may not profit from it or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
■ The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the commissioned artwork, and may not remove the signature.
■ The commissioner may repost the commissioned artwork on social media, since providing credits to the artist.
■ It's not allowed to use the artificial inteligence in the commissioned artwork.COMMERCIAL USE
■ 1.5x the original price: The Commissioner may use the commissioned artwork on monetized platforms providing credits to the artist.
■ 2x the original price: The commissioner is allowed to sell merchandise featuring the commissioned artwork.
PROCESS
■ After receiving the full payment or half of the payment, the artist will start the commission.
■ The artist will keep the commissioner updated with screenshots and texts.
■ The commissioner can request any major changes in the artwork before the sketch approval.
■ After the approval, the commissioner can request minor changes for free, but major changes have an extra fee.COMPLETION
■ The completion time of the commission varies based on complexity of the commission, from 3 days to 2 months. If theres any conveniencie that may delay the commission, the artist will inform the commissioner.
■ After the full payment, when the commission is finished, the commissioner will receive the full resolution file (JPEG). It will be uploaded in google drive and available for download. If requested, a PNG of the character without the background can be provided.REFUND
■ Refounds are not accepted with exception of extreme circumstances, with the consent of both parties.
